Antwerp
Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, a former monastery dating back to 1238, its chapel and infirmary still standing since the 1400s. Now a five-star superior retreat with two Michelin-starred tables — Hertog Jan (2 stars) and Fine Fleur (1 star) — and a spa built around an 18-metre pool beneath a glass conservatory.
Known for feeling hidden even in the city centre, it's the ideal setting for a longer engagement built around a gastronomic discovery.

Liège
Van der Valk Sélys, in the historic heart of the city, five minutes from Place Saint-Lambert. Its historic suites occupy the former Hôtel de Sélys Longchamps, a listed heritage mansion, distinct from the hotel's modern wing.
Whether for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, another circuit event, or simply a quieter escape,Les Bains de Spa occupies the historic thermal baths of Spa itself, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its Clarins & myBlend wellness centre, the only one in the Benelux, and its fresco-covered dining room, make it an exceptional address just a few kilometres from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
Brussels
Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, restored to its Belle Époque grandeur and reopened in 2024, once host to kings and statesmen. Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's on Avenue Louise, contemporary comforts inside a historic shell. The Hotel Brussels, on nearby Boulevard de Waterloo, with sweeping views over the city. Juliana Hotel, tucked away on the quieter Place des Martyrs, ten minutes on foot from the Grand-Place.

For something more relaxed, several excellent private spas exist across Belgium, bookable for just the two of us. I'm happy to suggest one if it interests you.

If there's a restaurant or a place you already have in mind, let me know — I'm happy to share an opinion if you're deciding between a few. Otherwise, I'll simply follow your lead.
How a first meeting is arranged
To enquire, send me the details in one message: your preferred meeting place, the date, the duration you have in mind, your name, and a few words about yourself. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
A twenty-five percent deposit confirms the date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel more than 48 hours before, the deposit is not refunded but may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability.
The remaining balance is due upon my arrival, at the beginning of the appointment.
