I do not collect payment information through this website. All deposits and balances are arranged and paid directly, outside this site.

To respond to your enquiry and arrange an engagement.
To confirm your identity where required (Fly Me To You engagements, overnight stays), for mutual safety.
To understand general website performance and improve the site's content (via anonymised or aggregated analytics).

4. Legal basis for processing

Under the GDPR, I process your data on the following bases:

Consent, when you submit the Contact form or provide verification details.
Legitimate interest, for basic website analytics and for verifying identity ahead of an in-person, unaccompanied meeting between two people who have not met before.

Contact form submissions: retained only as long as needed to arrange the engagement, then deleted, unless you have an ongoing or repeat arrangement with me.
Verification documents: deleted once the date is confirmed, as described on the Discretion page. They are never retained beyond this point.
Analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymised form, per the retention settings of the analytics tools in use.

6. Who has access to your data

Your data is seen only by me. It is never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party, advertiser, or agency, except:

Where legally required by a competent authority;
