1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement of companionship services offered by Mademoiselle Marie ("I", "me", "my"), an independent companion operating as a legal, self-employed professional based in Belgium. By submitting an enquiry through the Contact page, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Nature of services
I offer companionship services on a legal, independent, self-employed basis: dinner dates, social engagements, travel companionship, and related arrangements. This website does not offer, advertise, or facilitate any illegal activity. No services are transacted, booked, or paid for directly through this website — all engagements are arranged individually, following direct contact through the form on the Contact page.
3. Eligibility
By submitting a request, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);

• You have full legal capacity to enter into this arrangement;

• You are not submitting this request on behalf of, or in relation to, anyone who does not meet the above conditions.

4. Booking process

• All engagements are arranged directly, following the details submitted through the Contact form (preferred location, date, time of day, duration, and any relevant information about you).

• Minimum notice periods vary by destination and engagement length, as set out on the Rates page.

• No same-day availability is offered, in any city, at any price, other than at my sole discretion and subject to the last-minute terms described on the Rates page.

• A deposit is required to confirm any date. Deposit percentages, payment methods, and cancellation terms are set out in full on the Rates page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Deposits, payment, and cancellation

• Deposit amounts (25% for driving-distance engagements; 50% for Fly Me To You engagements, overnight stays, or longer tiers) are non-negotiable and confirm a date; nothing else does.

• Cancellation terms, including forfeiture and transfer conditions, are set out in full on the Rates page.

• The remaining balance is payable in cash, on arrival, on the day of the engagement.

• Rates are non-negotiable and stand as published. No additional or unpublished services, images, or material will be provided in exchange for negotiation.

6. Verification
For any engagement involving Fly Me To You travel or an overnight stay, identity verification (your real name, confirmed once) is required to confirm the arrangement. Verification documents are used solely for this purpose and are deleted once the date is confirmed, as described on the Discretion page.
7. Meeting locations
Engagements take place exclusively in four- and five-star hotels. I do not travel to private residences, and I do not receive guests at my own address, under any circumstances.
8. Conduct and safety

• Any form of disrespect, aggression, coercion, or attempt to negotiate outside these terms may result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.

• I reserve the right to decline or end any engagement, at my sole discretion, if I feel my safety or dignity is compromised.

• Any recording, photography, or filming without my explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Confidentiality
Details shared with me — your identity, preferences, and the fact of our arrangement — are treated as strictly confidential, as described in full on the Discretion page. This confidentiality is mutual: you agree not to disclose, publish, or share any details of our engagement, including my identity, images, or any identifying information, without my express written consent.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, and the Intelligance concept — is my property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." While I make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy (including hotel details and travel information), I do not guarantee the availability of any specific hotel, restaurant, or venue mentioned, and I am not liable for changes made by third parties (hotels, restaurants, venues) beyond my control.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enquiry applies to that engagement.
